When you send us a requirement we collect your name, work email, company and the details you write about what you need, along with the source and UTM parameters of the visit. We use this only to source providers for you and to contact you about your requirement.

We do not share your details with a provider without your approval. We approach providers with the requirement, not with your identity. Your details are passed on only after you review a match and tell us to proceed.

Submitting a requirement does not provide consent to recording. Recording only happens if you accept an introduction and book a provider conversation: that conversation takes place through our video conferencing portal, is recorded, and the recording may be licensed for AI training and evaluation. The full recording and usage terms are provided for you to accept before you book.
